SLIDES-Chase me Charlie/The Gleanntán Frolics (Traditional/Arr.B.McCarthy)

Here are two slides I like very much for years. The first I got from the playing of Jackie Daly, its a lovely version of this well known tune around from Kanturk-Newmarket area in Co.Cork and Jackie played it on his 1995 album called ‘Many A Wild Night’ . The second tune I picked up years ago from a lovely album “Sceal Eile’ by Gerry Harrington and Eoin Sullivan. I am playing one of my earlier accordions here, its a 2 voice Saltarelle Connemara II which I used all the time in the late 90’s.
